Location is good. Rooms require maintenance as my room the paint was coming out and the bed corners were dusty. I had to change my room since earlier I got the room near septic tank of the hotel. Service is slow. Being a 3 star category hotel they will not provide iron instead charge you for it with gst applicable. You will not be provided upgrades even if the hotel is at fault since they are one of the few good hotels so they are sold out. Staff is good and polite. Even you want to stay here select only premium category rooms.

Exceptional Stay at Idhayan Palace I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Idhayan Palace. From the warm welcome to the smooth check-out, every aspect was outstanding. The service was exceptional, with well-trained and friendly staff who consistently went above and beyond. The efficiency in all services, from room service to housekeeping, was commendable. The rooms were not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly comfortable, showcasing a commitment to guest satisfaction. Throughout my stay, the staff's courteous and accommodating behavior made the experience truly enjoyable. In conclusion, Idhayan Palace offers a delightful combination of excellent service, well-appointed rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. Very bad experience The staff was rude and not corporative.Service was not good we booked family rooms online but they gave us small rooms and did not even provide extra beds in the small rooms.The bed sheets and mattresses were very dirty and the washrooms were also not clean.The electricity went of for almost 10 min which is very risky for people using the lift. the service was very late because of which we faced many issues.Overall the service was very bad and I would totally not recommend visiting.We asked for a extra bed at 9:00pm and they placed it at 12:00.
